REQUIREMENTS
This is a structured, project-based mentorship program designed for individuals who are serious about developing and executing original creative work within a professional environment.
Participation is selective and requires commitment.
Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Applicants must be legally able to participate in professional creative and production activities

Commitment Requirement

Minimum commitment of 6 months

Consistent participation in mentorship sessions and assigned development work is required

Students must be prepared to actively develop and refine their project throughout the duration of the program
Conduct & Professional Standards

Applicants must have no felony criminal record

Participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, accountability, and respect at all times

Failure to meet expectations, follow through on assignments, or maintain professional conduct may result in removal from the program

This is a working mentorship, not a passive learning environment. Students are expected to:

Take ownership of their development process

Follow through on creative and production responsibilities

Be open to critique, direction, and industry-level feedback

Maintain consistency and discipline throughout the program
